Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 160°C for 2–3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar.

Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir just until combined.

Fold in optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
30 g Chopped walnuts

Pour into a greased mini loaf tin or silicone mould that fits your air fryer.

Air fry at 160°C for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick at the 20-minute mark.
