Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, mix paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the pork and toss well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge if you’ve got time).

1 tsp Ground cumin

1 tsp Ground coriander

1/2 tsp Ground turmeric

1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

2 Garlic cloves

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Pepper

400 g Diced Pork

Step 2

Thread the marinated pork onto metal skewers. Set the air fryer temperature to 200°C. Cook the skewers in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, until the pork is golden and cooked through.

Step 3

Serve the sizzling pinchos on a bed of roasted vegetables. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of fresh parsley if you like.
