Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Slice the baguette in half lengthways and place onto an air fryer tray or basket.
1/2 French stick
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, bacon, red onion, mayo, sriracha, a handful of grated cheese, and seasoning.
1 Chicken breast
100 g Bacon bits
1 Red onion
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Sriracha
1 handful Cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Step 3
Spoon the mixture evenly over the baguette halves.
Step 4
Scatter extra grated cheese over the top.
Step 5
Air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are crisp.
Step 6
Serve topped with a handful of fresh rocket leaves.
