Air Fryer Salmon & Spinach Pasta

Who knew pasta night could be this easy (and this fancy)? This creamy salmon pasta is proof that your air fryer isn’t just for chips and chicken wings, it’s a full-on dinner hero. Imagine perfectly flaky salmon, a rich, silky paprika cream sauce, and pasta that tastes like it came straight out of a restaurant… all without juggling five pans on the hob. The air fryer does the heavy lifting while you just stir, sprinkle, and smugly wait for compliments. Fresh parsley, a zing of lemon, and a shower of parmesan take it over the top.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your Ninja Crispi air fryer on air fryer mode (200°C). Slice half a lemon into four rounds and place them on the crisper plate (saving the rest for serving), then rest the salmon fillets on top and air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until just cooked and flaky.

1/2 Lemon

2 Salmon fillet

Step 2

While the salmon cooks, cover your fresh penne pasta with boiling water in a large bowl, place a plate on top, and let the hot water start the cooking process.

200 g Fresh penne pasta

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the cream, paprika, a squeeze of lemon juice, and most of the parmesan (saving some for garnish).

300 ml Single cream

1 tsp Paprika

40 g Parmesan cheese

Step 4

Once the salmon is ready, set it aside to rest briefly, then carefully remove the crisper plate and flake the salmon directly into the Crispi bowl.

Step 5

Add the cream mixture, drained pasta, and spinach, then set the Crispi to air fry mode (200°C) for another 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the spinach wilts and the sauce is hot and silky.

125 g Fresh spinach

Step 6

Finish with fresh parsley, an extra squeeze of lemon, and a generous sprinkle of parmesan before serving.
