This is a little twist to a classic salad that I have been cooking for many years, adding that Greek taste with the feta cheese just brings the dish together and the lemon cuts through the ingredients beautifully. It is worth keeping in mind that depending on the size of your fish fillet, you may need to adjust the cooking time accordingly. All air fryers cook so differently as well.
