Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Cut three equal sized squares of the puff pastry then spread on the green pesto with a sprinkle of parmesan.
1 sheet Pre-rolled puff pastry
2 tbsp Green pesto
2 tbsp Grated parmesan

Next I added the asparagus and cut tomatoes on top of the pastry and pesto.
1 bunch Fresh asparagus

I beat an egg then washed the edges of the pastry.

Step 4
I folded the two opposite corners of the pastry squares into the middle to form a wrap around the asparagus.
Step 5
Then I carefully placed the pastry parcels into the air fryer drawer on a piece of grease proof paper then cooked on 180c for 10 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
Step 6
I served my air fryer asparagus wraps with a crisp green salad.
