Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Wash and scrub the sweet potato well. Pat dry. You can prick it a few times with a fork (this step is optional but helps release steam).

Step 2

Lightly rub with oil and a pinch of salt for a crispier skin. Air fry at 190°C for 35–45 minutes, depending on size. You may need to reduce or increase the time. Flip halfway through.

Step 3

Your potato should be fork-tender all the way through and caramelized in spots. Once the potatoes are done, remove and set aside.

Step 4

Place into your air fryer your streaky bacon, cook on 200°C for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.

Step 5

Once your bacon is cooked, slice open your potato and drizzle over the yogurt and honey. Top with your bacon and pecans and enjoy.
