Air Fryer Paprika Chickpeas

These air fryer spicy chickpeas make a delicious and healthy crispy snack. So I don’t know about you guys but by mid afternoon I am always craving a little snack! I just need that little energy boost to get me through to dinner time. These are a fabulous little treat to cook and will keep for a few days in an air tight container. These make a great snack by themselves but are also perfect as a healthy salad filler. This recipe is so versatile as you can easily customise the seasoning with your favourite mix of herbs and spices.

Drain your chickpeas and then dry them off as much as you can with kitchen roll. This is the most important step as the drier they are, the crispier they will become! If you have time, leave the chickpeas in a single layer on kitchen towel to dry for at least an hour.
