After peeling and cutting the potatoes into cubes, place them in a bowl and coat them with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry them for 18 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Step 5

Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, take them out and drizzle with lemon juice (optional) and garnish with fresh coriander.
