Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth and set aside.

Step 2

Break the mince into a bowl and add it over the sauce and stir.

Step 3

Remove the crisper plates and set your air fryer to 200°C.

Step 4

Place the mince directly into the air fryer basket, breaking up the mince.

Step 5

Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway and breaking up the mince, making sure the mince is cooked throughout and slightly brown at the edges.

Step 6

Serve with rice, a drizzle of honey, a scatter of sesame seeds, and your chopped spring onion.
