Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Cut your salmon into 4 pieces per fillet and place into a bowl.

Chop the pepper into similar size pieces as the salmon and place into the same bowl, spray with oil and sprinkle over the piri piri seasoning. Stir, making sure all the ingredients are coated.
1 Red pepper
1 spray Olive oil
1 tbsp Piri piri seasoning
Step 3
Place the salmon and peppers onto each skewer in equal amounts for each one.
Step 4
Place in the air fryer on 200°C for 8-10 minutes, turning half way.
Step 5
While your skewers are cooking, peel your little gem lettuce, slice your avocado into thin slices, and make your lemon and caper mayonnaise.

1 Lemon juice
Step 6
Fill your tortillas by adding the lettuce, lemon caper mayonnaise, and the sliced avocado. When the salmon is cooked, add to the top.
