Start by wrapping each of your chipolata sausages in a rasher of streaky bacon. Start at one end and roll so they are neatly all covered. Make sure to wrap the bacon tightly around the sausage as the sausage will shrink when cooked. Nobody want’s a loose blanket around their pigs!
