Marinade the fish fillets in fajita seasoning.

275 g Fresh salmon fillets

Then wrap the marinated fish in a tin foil parcel.

Air fry on 200c for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile make the guacamole by finely chopping the avocado, red onion and tomato. Add to a bowl and season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime juice. Then mash with a fork until smooth.

Place your mini flour tortillas into the toaster folded in half to make taco shells then spoon in the guacamole.
