Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen paper. This helps them brown better in the air fryer.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops. For best flavour, marinate for at least 30 mins (or up to overnight in the fridge).
Step 4
Set your air fryer to 200°C / 390°F for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Arrange lamb chops in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 4–6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness: Medium-rare: ~8 minutes total, Medium: ~10 minutes total, Well done: ~12 minutes total.
Step 6
Let the chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. This keeps them juicy. Serve with lemon wedges and your favourite sides.
