This super simple air fryer roast beef recipe is a firm favourite Sunday lunch in my family! It is so tender and juicy, with a beautifully caramelised crust. And this dish needs minimal effort to make, especially when using the air fryer.
You can chose a variety of beef joints to make this recipe, some good options include top side, rump roast, sirloin roast, or a boneless ribeye (also called a Scotch fillet).
Because the cooking time is quite short, it is better to use the most tender joint that your budget will stretch to. I usually use topside or top rump for a family dinner, or sirloin or ribeye for a special occasion.
