Add the fish fillets to a bowl and coat in fajita seasoning.

Then wrap the marinated fish in a tin foil parcel along with half a lime and some fresh coriander.

Air fry on 200c for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile chop the red onion and tomato and slice the avocado.

Warm your tortillas in the oven or microwave then add the tomato, onion and avocado. Remove the salmon parcel from the air fryer and place the fish onto the wraps.

Serve with a squeeze of lime and chopped coriander along with a side of fries.
