Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Brush the salmon fillets generously with the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate for a few minutes while you prepare the broccoli.

2 Salmon fillets

4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

1 Broccoli

Step 2

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 8–9 minutes.

Step 3

Toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Add them to the basket around the salmon, then continue cooking for a further 3–5 minutes, turning the broccoli halfway through. The salmon should be cooked through and flake easily with a fork, while the broccoli will be tender with crispy edges.

During the last 2 minutes of cooking, microwave the rice according to the packet instructions.

Step 5

Divide the rice between two bowls and top with the teriyaki salmon and roasted broccoli. Spoon over any juices from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds, sliced spring onions, and a squeeze of lime, if using.
