Turn cooking mode on

simply put all of the ingredients into your slow cooker, season and stir well.
1 large Red onion
2 Mixed peppers
2 sticks Celery
2 small Carrots
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Onion granules
1 tsp Garlic granules
1/2 tsp Ground turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Piri-piri rub
750 g Lean minced beef
100 ml Water
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 2
Then cook on low for around 7 hours.
Step 3
It’s always preferable to give it a good stir throughout the cook if you are around, but it is not essential.
Step 4
Finally serve in the taco shells, with fresh coriander, a squeeze of lime juice and your selection of toppings.
