Turn cooking mode on

Coat the cubed chicken in the ranch dressing and set aside. Follow with coating the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.

Place the chicken into the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil if desired.
Step 3
Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, add the iceberg lettuce, rocket, radish, and cucumber to a large serving bowl.

1/2 Cucumber
Step 5
Top the salad with the crispy chicken and garnish with sliced spring onions.
