Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, mashed potato, tartare sauce, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
1 tin Tinned Tuna
400 g Pre-cooked mashed potato
2 tbsp Tartare sauce
1/2 Lemon juice
2 tbsp Fresh parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Step 2
Shape the mixture into croquettes or small patties.
Step 3
Dip each croquette into the beaten egg, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs.

Step 4
Place into the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with oil if desired.
Step 5
Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 6
Serve hot with extra lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
