Cut half a baguette in half lengthways and spread the tomato paste evenly on the cut side of both pieces.

Add the cheese, peperoni, tomatoes and oregano and drizzle with oil then cook on 180 c for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges of the bread are crispy.
