Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rub this marinade all over the lamb steaks and set aside while you prepare the salad (or marinate for up to 2 hours if you have time).

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, sprinkle with oregano, and season to taste. Toss gently. Add crumbled feta on top just before serving.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Place the lamb steaks in the basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until cooked to your liking. (Aim for around 55–60°C internal temp for medium-rare.)

Step 5

Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes after air frying. Then slice and serve warm over the Greek salad.
