Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Skewer Wraps

Here's another speedy recipe from my new book, The Ultimate Air Fryer Cookbook: 15 MINUITE FEASTS! I love this dish, as I can prepare it the evening before, so all I need to do on the night is prep the wraps and pop the air fryer on! These deliciously tender, juicy chicken skewers marinated in a creamy Caesar dressing cook to perfection in the air fryer. They’re perfect for a speedy weeknight dinner or barbecue!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, toss the chicken with the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, a good pinch of pepper and a little salt. You can leave this to marinade overnight too.

Step 2

Thread the marinated chicken onto your skewers and spray well with oil. Be careful not to pack them too tightly onto the skewers, as you want space for the heat to circulate in the air fryer.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C for about 3 minutes.

Step 4

Arrange the skewers directly on the crisper plate and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and slightly charred at the edges.

Step 5

Fill your wraps with lettuce leaves, chicken, Parmesan shavings, an extra drizzle of Caesar dressing and some crunchy croutons.
