Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Season the flour generously with your chosen seasoning, then set up three bowls: Bowl 1: seasoned flour, Bowl 2: beaten egg, Bowl 3: crushed cornflakes.

75 g Plain flour

2 Eggs

75-90 g Cornflakes

1-2 tsp Seasoning

Step 2

Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip into egg, then press into the crushed cornflakes until fully coated.

Place onto a tray and lightly spray with oil.

Spray oil

Preheat air fryer to 190°C and arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed).

Step 5

Air fry for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 75°C.

Step 6

While the chicken is cooking, in a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and sriracha. Add a squeeze of honey and your lime juice. Stir until smooth and creamy.
