Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Mix the garlic paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and crushed dried chillis and set aside.

1 tsp Garlic paste

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Fish sauce

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp Brown sugar

1/2 tsp Crushed dried chillis

Step 2

Cut your green beans and place in a dish, then cover with boiling water and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

100 g Green beans

Step 3

Put the mince directly into the air fryer basket or in an oven proof dish. Break the mince apart and stir in the sauce. Cook on 200C for 12-15 minutes. Add the green beans and basil halfway through and stir throughout.

500 g Beef mince

10 g Thai basil leaves

Step 4

Serve with basmati rice and chopped fresh red chilli.
