Step 1
Add the diced lamb to a bowl with the olive oil, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have time.
300 g Lamb
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Ground coriander
1/2 tsp Garlic granules
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 Lemon juice
Step 2
Thread the lamb onto two or three wooden skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water first to prevent them from burning.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Step 4
Place the lamb kebabs in the basket, making sure they aren't overcrowded. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked to your liking. Cooking time will depend on the size of the lamb pieces. Make sure the lamb is cooked safely through.
Step 5
Warm the flatbreads in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
