Air Fryer Salmon Burgers

This is one of those fresh, feel-good meals that’s perfect for spring. Light, bright flavours from the lemon and dill, paired with a really satisfying salmon burger and crispy sweet potato fries, all saving time and all cooked together in the air fryer. It’s the kind of dinner that feels balanced and wholesome, but still easy enough for a busy day. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something filling, fresh, and a little bit lighter without overthinking it.
