Step 1
Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries. Add to a bowl with paprika and salt, then spray with olive oil and toss to coat.
1 Sweet potato
1 tsp Paprika
Salt
Olive oil
Step 2
Place the fries on the crisper tray in the air fryer basket in a single layer, trying not to overcrowd.
Step 3
Flake the salmon into a bowl, keeping a bit of texture. Add the breadcrumbs, egg, dill, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Mix and form into 2 patties.
2 Salmon fillets
40 g Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 tbsp Fresh dill
1 Lemon juice
Pepper
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Step 5
Cook the fries on the crisper tray for 5 minutes first to get them started.
Step 6
Then place the salmon burgers on the rack above, lightly spray with oil, and cook everything together at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping the burgers halfway and giving the fries a shake if needed. Cook until the fries are golden and the burgers are cooked through.
Step 7
Mix the mayo with lemon juice and a pinch of salt and toast the brioche buns.
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 Brioche buns
