Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients and add the chicken with the oil, and coat well.
2 Chicken breasts
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Step 2
Leave for at least 20 minutes, or longer if you have time, or prepare the day before and leave in an airtight container in the fridge.
Step 3
Thread the chicken onto skewers; if using wooden skewers, soak them first.
Step 4
Place the skewers in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until lightly charred on the edges and cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with flatbreads, salad, and a dollop of garlic mayo or yoghurt, and add a squeeze of lemon at the end to lift everything.
